Practical training in artificial intelligence
Three sessions to help your team understand AI, practice with everyday tasks, and learn to check results before using them.
Learn by doing, with examples close to your work
We start with the group's experience and the tools the company permits. Each session combines explanation, demonstration, and guided practice.
Understand
What AI can do, where it can help, and when an answer needs checking.
Practice
Ask for help with a task, compare results, and correct missing information or errors.
Use it thoughtfully
Use fictional or authorized information and keep human review for important steps.
Three modules, one practical journey
Ten hours in total: two introductory hours and four hours in each practical module, including a short break. The same group follows the modules in order.
Foundations and responsible use
What AI is, possible uses, limits, and data care. The group makes an initial request and checks the answer against the original text.
AI for everyday work
Write a clear request, get a draft, check it, and save an instruction that can be adapted to another task. The extra time allows repeated exercises and discussion of corrections.
Automation and AI agents
Distinguish AI assistance, automated steps, and an agent (a system that can choose how to proceed within defined limits). Test a small task, its limits, and human review.
Before, during, and after
We prepare examples relevant to the group, practice together, and leave materials for continued learning.
1. We prepare
We learn about the group, their experience, and everyday tasks. We choose examples and agree on what information may be used.
2. We practice together
We explain each concept, show a complete example, and guide the exercises. One or two KB facilitators take part according to the group and agreed format.
3. We wrap up and deliver
We review what was learned, record open questions, and provide digital materials for continued internal practice.
Your company keeps the training materials
Digital materials to revisit and repeat the method after the sessions.
Presentations and guide
One presentation per module and a short guide for using AI safely.
Reusable exercises
Instructions used, a worked example, and a checklist for reviewing answers.
Closing summary
Open questions, opportunities identified, and recommendations for continued practice.
The full program offers better value
The investment is for a group agreed with the company, not per participant.
